Question:

The fantastic fan w/remote... the flange for attaching through the roof - up to four inches thick... how do I install it in a roof thats 3/4 - 1inch thick???

To install the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4", # FV807350, in a roof that is 3/4 to 1 inch thick, you will use the same mounting flange and it will attach the same exact way from the exterior. The inside and trim of the unit leading up to the fan will need to be customized and trimmed for your unique application.

The Fan-Tastic #FV807350 includes a garnish that will work with a roof up to 4 inches thick, but the garnish can be easily cut down as needed for a roof that's 2 or 3 inches thick as well. I've linked you to a product description video…
