Recommended Roof Rack Extender and Roof Rack For 2017 Honda Ridgeline

Which of these extenders would work for me? I have a double 2 inch hitch and will have a hitch haul on the hitch also. I also will need a single roof rack. Should I use a forward rack on the cab or one on the back of the roof. Thx

To use an extending rack like the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender, # MPG907, will allow you to carry the ladders, kayaks, or whatever else extends from your roof past the bed of your truck.

For the roof rack you mentioned, I recommend the Rhino Rack system. All roof racks come with 2 crossbars, so I suggest using both instead of just one to better protect your roof. This rack uses # RRVA150S-2 crossbars, the legs will be the # RRRLKVA, and the fit kit is # DK470. This is an aero bar rack, so you will have less wind noise.
