Does Edge Juice with Attitude EGT Probe have to be Installed on 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel
Question:
Just purchased this tuner for a 2016 dodge 3500 6.7l. does it require the egg sensor to be installed, I know that this truck already has factory sensors installed but not sure about needing to install the one that came in the kit. Also any recommendations on running the wires through the firewall would be great, looks like you have to cut a hole in one of the grommets but then what do you do about keeping it sealed?

The EGT probe included with the Edge Juice with Attitude # EP31507 installs in a different location than any factory sensors so I do recommend installing it on your 2016 Ram 3500. Routing wiring through the firewall can be a challenge but if you can run it through that grommet you mentioned then that is the best option. Once the wiring is ran it is recommend to seal it up using silicone such as # LT37464.
