Left Turn Signal Pin has No Power on Factory 7-Way on 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

I have no potential at the left turn signal post on the plug from my truck.

It is likely a blown trailer package left turn/brake light fuse on your 2011 Chevy Silverado. In the fuse block it is in location 3 labeled Left Trailer Stop/Turn Lamp.
If the fuse is good then it could be a loose or damaged wire or a dirty/corroded trailer connector on the vehicle. Make sure there are no pinched or broke wires and repair as needed. Make sure the trailer connector is clean and free of corrosion inside, where the wires attach, and outside on the pins.
