Will the RM-1139-148 sway bar fit my 2016 F53 with the 24,000lb chassis?

You are right at the cut off point in terms of weight for sway bars for your 2016 Ford F-53 RV. Above 24k calls for the part # RM-1139-148.

The thicker sway bar is recommended for the heavier RVs. Since you are at 24k the # RM-1139-48 will be an effective choice.
