On a trailer 7-way the pin in the 1:00 position is the 12 volt accessory circuit that would have 12 volts of power all the time.

I am not sure exactly what you mean by # 4 but I attached a picture of a 7-way diagram that shows what all of the pins are for.

The Draw-Tite #75950 does not come with a wiring harness but there is one available for your 2014 Audi Q7. For the harness you need part #119250KIT to add a 4-way, which is going to allow you to power your trailer's lights.
