How Would Clearance Lights Get Ran As Additional Turn Signals
Question:
There is no video and I was wondering how to hook this one up and use the turn signal lights instead of the regular trailer lights? I like bright side markers so thats why I ask, dollars you would think that you would have a video clip and show the different modes even though I would use it as a side marker. It would go on a 2010 Wildwood 18XLSRV travel trailer/toy hauler as a side marker wired brighter. thanks!

Your trailer would have to be wired up with separate turn signals from the brake lights to be able to use the part # MCL48AB as a turn signal. Most trailers are wired for having the two circuits carried on the same wires.
To separate the circuits you would need to use the part # RM-732 which would wire to your trailers turn signal circuits and would give you the ability to have both circuits separated.
Now to use your current combined trailer taillights like normal you would have to splice them into the wiring before the converter so that they still get the combined circuits they need but on the output side of the convert you could run your separate turn signals.
This isn't something a lot of people do on their trailer wiring so that is why there isn't currently an install video that shows how it would be done.
