Is this steel or Aluminum construction? I am looking for this type of latch that would take 3/4inch Aluminum pipe. I would be looking for about 30 unit like this.

The Polar # PLR158 with 2 inch keeper is made of steel construction. The # PLR158 takes 3/4 inch I.D. sized pipe.

If you prefer a 1 inch keeper the Polar # 383200 is also made of steel construction and takes a 3/4 inch I.D. sized pipe.
