A Firestone Air Spring Kit should help quite a bit with a heavy load. It can help get the truck closer to level and it will provide two more springs betweent the axle and truck so the factory leaf springs can share the load. As long as your truck is a standard height pickup and not lifted or a cab and chassis model, the F2071 kit should fit and work fine. I have added a link to the instructions for this kit below.
