The hitch I recommend for your 2013 Hyundai Elantra Sedan or Coupe is the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 24902. If instead you have a GT Hatchback you would need the part # 24905 as long as your model wasn't built in Korea. As long as the second digit of your VIN isn't M this would work well.
The ball mount I recommend is part # 3593. This ball mount provides either a 2-1/8 inch rise or 2-3/4 inch drop, and includes the pin and clip. If you need a 1-7/8 inch ball I recommend part # 19256, and if you need a 2 inch ball, part # 19258 is what I recommend.
If you need a connector at the rear of your Elantra for your trailer, I recommend part # C56126. This easily installs a 4-way trailer connector and plugs into your existing wiring, requiring no cutting or splicing of the vehicle wiring.
