Correct Trailair Air Ride Pin Box to Replace Lippert Pin Box on a 2016 Heartland Sundance 5th Wheel
Question:
Just purchased a 2016 Heartland Sundance 5th wheel. It has a Lippert Component King Pin hitch. I would like to replace it with a Trailair Air Ride. This is information I took off of the existing hitch. S/N 028-000310986 LCI Item # 333-841 Chassis GVW 15,500 CSA 2240.1.2-M99 Please advise as to the proper replacement. Thank You

Thanks for the information, but its not exactly what we need to determine which Lippert pin box you have. From what we know, it is most likely that you have a Lippert pin box 1621 because it is the most commonly used pin box for their Sundance 5th Wheels. I would encourage you to check your pin box again, sometimes there are multiple labels on them.
The correct Trailair Air Ride's for the Lippert 1621 are:
LC171200 for a 16K weight capacity
LC155930 for an 18K weight capacity
and # LC158778 for a 21K weight capacity
If you find that your Heartland has a different pin box number, just let me know and I will be more than happy to help you find the correct Trailair Air Ride pin box for you.
