Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the Thule Crossover Two laptop backpack. This versatile backpack is going to hold all your gear and offer protection for your laptop, tablet, and other accessories. Our main compartment here at the top, we unzip that. This is going to give us plenty of room for our textbooks and other bulky items.

We do have a soft lined sleeve here on this side that will accommodate our 10 inch tablets. Our second sleeve here is going to be great for keeping track of our folders or notebooks, things like that. We also have a smaller zip pocket here at the top in that main compartment, so if we needed to keep note cards or something like that, good to fit in there.Then just behind that we've got our laptop pocket. This compartment is going to accommodate up to a 14 inch laptop. You also have this slip pocket here so that you can fit again, more folders or files, help keep everything organized as you go from one place to another.

Then at the front we've got our crushproof safe zone compartment. This is going to have a hard surface to it, so it's going to protect things that could potentially get smashed or broken, such as your sunglasses, your iPhone, or other fragile items. We also have a zippered pocket here in the middle, so that's going to be good for your chap stick or other personal items that you want to fit in there. Again, three different kinds of compartments there, help keep everything organized.Here at the front, got even more options, so we've got our slip pockets, elastic loops, and a mesh pocket down here at the front so that we can keep small electronics and accessories. If I can fold this down far enough for you to see if there's a little hole here.

This is our power pocket cord management system, so if you had a small charger that you could put down in there, you could charge up electronic devices as you're moving about from class to class or on your flight. We also have that zippered pocket at the top there. Again, just a lot of different options for keeping track of everything.On the side, you have a zipper pocket here. It's going to be great for your wallet or passport. We also have a RFID blocking pocket inside there, so if you want to put your credit cards or passport inside there to safe guard your identity and personal information and the rare case that someone is trying to get ahold of that through that RFID technology.

On the other side we've got our gusseted side pocket. It's going to be good for water bottles or an umbrella or something like that. It just expands out.Got some stretchy strips there to help keep that nice and tight so nothing falls out. It doesn't get too loose. We do have the grab and go handle at the top, so be easy to pick up at the end of class or when our flight is announced on the backside. We also have the pass through panel that lets you put this on top of a rolling luggage. Just pass the handle through there so that you can just have that sitting on top of the luggage as you go through the airport. You also have the perforated EVA foam shoulder straps with the mesh covering. That's going to help provide a nice comfortable and breathable strap so that we can easily carry it on us as we're going through the airport or from class to class or wherever we're using our backpack.Overall, this does have a nice water resistant nylon fabric, so it's going to be very durable. All of the hardware inside is aluminum, so it is very lightweight, so only about two and a half pounds. This is the black color option. There's also a forest night option and a dress blue option. This does have a 20 liter capacity, so most bags are measured by their liter capacity, but for those of us who are not familiar with liters, this is right about just shy of 17 inches, about 16 and seven eighths of an inch tall by about just over 12 inches. Call it 12 and an eighth of an inch wide.Now depth we're looking at . Total depth, I'm going to call it, we had this straightened up, loaded it up, I would say it's probably going to take up at about six and a half to seven and a half inches depending on how full you have this. It does come with a limited lifetime warranty and with Thule being a very well respected name in the industry, I'd say this is going to be a high quality bag. It's made of very durable materials and one thing that Thule always does with all their bags, they've thought through a lot, so they've tried to give you all the compartment space that you can get in this bag while keeping it lightweight and durable. So I think this is going to be a really good bag for you. Whether you're flying, going to college or high school, wherever you're needing a backpack, this is going to be a great option for you.
