Coil Helper Spring Product to Remove Sag From Rear of 2012 Chevy Impala When Trunk is Loaded

Question:

I have a 2012 Impala LT with low milage. I replaced the real strut/spring assembly last year. The rear squats with a bag of groceries in the trunk. Every 2012 Impala that I see looks like mine, including the LTZ model. They look like they have a trailer weighing 20,000 lbs. on the back. The front end is up in the air, and the back looks weighed down. Probably 20 years from now, there will be a recall on this issue. Will your product help the sagging issue? If so, which EXACT one do I need for the REAR of this car? There is no way the front and back are the same on this car. The rear coil spring is spaced far apart, compared to the front. Thanks

The Coil SumoSpring helper springs you mentioned, part # CSS-1195R will indeed help stiffen your rear suspension when it's under load and help prevent sag. When the rear of the vehicle is not under load, it will not affect the suspension at all so you won't have a harsh ride. These are the correct helper springs for the rear suspension, I've confirmed this with SuperSprings for you.
