I see the expert answered that you could assemble a kit, how do I go about getting a equalizer kit with 3 1/8-inch shackles and * spring bushes for my 1985 skyline 2360 ,ally badged,5er?

You can select individual parts such as shackle straps, bushings and equalizers when the specific combination you need is not offered as a kit.
For shackle straps use the linked page to see all 3-1/8-inch long links. Bushings like Never Fail # TRBU11566 and shackle bolts are shown on other linked pages.
