Solution for Carrying Bike Rack While Towing a Trailer
Question:
Roadmaster 077-4 video states it is only to be used with tow bar but not to pull a trailer via ball mount I presume. Can you explain why and which item would best accomplish providing a dual hitch 2inch receiver but not commit me to only one tow ball height? I am wanting to mount a bicycle rack on the upper and tow my pop-up camper on the lower. Ideal if the lower could extend further out than the upper but assume I can add an extension tow ball for that purpose.

I think I have an ideal solution for you. Instead of installing your bike rack into a dual ball mount like the part # RM-077-4 I think you would be best served with the # CC-275. This product will install on the frame rails of your trailer and will allow you to carry a bike rack up on the frame of the trailer.
This will allow you to use the ball mount you have that allows you to tow your trailer level and still carry the bike rack. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
