On your 2015 Ford F-150 SuperCab with OEM bumper and no factory hitch you will be able to install Class III Curt Hitch # C86HR without any drilling. You'll just want to lower (or remove) your spare tire temporarily for easier access to the hitch attachment points on the truck's frame.

You'll need the basic hand tools shown in the linked instructions along with a torque wrench like # ALL944001. I have linked a helpful article with tips for an easier hitch install.

You may care to add our ball mount kit # EBMK4 which includes a ball mount with 2-3/4-inch rise or 4-inch drop along with an interchangeable hitch ball system with both 1-7/8-inch and 2-inch balls, a pin and clip and a handy tote bag. If you need a ball mount with different rise or drop you can refer to the linked article and ball mount page to select one that will work with your truck and trailer. Both fixed and adjustable types like # TK5007 are available.

For a 4-pole wiring harness you can use # 18252 if you don't have the tow package or if you do have the tow package use part # HM40975 for a 7-way trailer connector.
