To secure the 7-Way connector part of the Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring, # 118253, to your 2010 Honda Pilot, you can use the factory knockout and drill 4 holes to match the four mounting holes on the 7-Way. Use the 7-Way as a template to drill the holes.
If you do not want to drill into the bumper, you can attach a bracket to the trailer hitch. You can use the Mounting Box, # 18159. This is a simple no-drill, universal application that includes a clamp to attach the bracket to the trailer hitch. It includes screws to attach the 7-Way to the front of the bracket.
I am including links to the instructions for the wiring and some additional information on wiring in general, if needed.
