Curt Trailer Hitch for the Chevrolet Silverado Classic, 2007 can you tell me the distance from where the hitch bolts to the frame and the bottom of the hitch when installed

From the underside of the frame to the top of the crossbar tube would be 5.13 inches, and from the underside of the truck frame to the lowest point on the hitch, which is the bottom of the side plates, is 9.83 inches. You can see these dimensions on the photo I've edited for you. I've also linked to an install video for you.
