looking for a min 5000 lb towing trailer hitch for my rv that is on a Ford F-450 chassis. Rear frame width is 42inch outside to outside

I spoke to my contacts at Curt and Reese and the only styles of hitches that can be made to fit a service body truck like yours are multi-fit RV hitches like the # 41990 that has a 16k capacity. This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
The overall length of the # 41990 is 44 inches so it should be plenty long.
