To be able to determine what hubs will work with your 2004 Yacht Club trailer, we will need the part numbers of the inner and outer bearings and the seal number.
If you cannot find the part number on the bearings and seal you can use a digital or dial caliper and measure the spindle.
You will also need to know the wheel bolt pattern for the wheels you have so that you are sure the wheels will fit your new hubs. I have attached a helpful article that explains how you can determine the wheel bolt pattern of your wheels.
One you get those numbers or measurements, let me know and I can make some recommendations that will work for you.
