We have several possible options for a frame mounted trailer hitch for your Keystone Raptor. First, the most versatile option is going to be Curt hitch # 13703. It fits frame widths from 22 to 72 inches wide (frame width is measured from the outside of one frame rail to the outside of the other frame rail). It will also fit box frames, C-channel frames, and I-beam frames. It can be bolted or welded on (welding should be done by a qualified professional welder).

The other options, see link, are not as versatile but if you don't like the Curt hitch one of them could be an option.

Since you will be using the hitch for a bike carrier you will need a carrier that is rated for use at the back of an RV or trailer. Not all carriers are because of the additional stress and bouncing at the back of an RV or trailer, like riding at the back of a school bus.

For a hanging style carrier that is rated for use at the back of an RV or trailer I recommend the Swagman Original, # S64400. This single arm carrier is compatible with many bike styles. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.

For a platform style I recommend using the Swagman Dispatch, # S44FR. Platform racks are very versatile. I have linked a video review of this carrier as well.

If you go with the Curt hitch you will need to use stabilization strap # 18050 for the Curt warranty requirements. It would be a good idea though for any hitch to reduce the stress on the receiver and trailer.
