Curt is the manufacturer of the Mopar branded 5th wheel trailer hitches. For example, the Mopar 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part 82214742 is the same as the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16530-16021 and the Mopar 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part 82214743 is the same as the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16049.

The Q-Series hitches from Curt are not compatible with rotating pin boxes, so I have to assume the same would stand for the Mopar version. The head mechanism on the Q-Series models will wear down over time when used with this style pin box. If you have a rotating pin box on the trailer you'll want to go with an A-Series model instead, such as the excellent A25 # C16046.

@ChrisR thank you for your response, I’ve been knee deep in research on your site. Thanks for being super helpful. I guess I’ll be changing to an Curt A-20 Head. From what I’ve read it should bolt right in.
