I recommend the nifty Putco Pop up Anchors, part # P99901. This is a universal fit item designed to fit most pickup trucks with the exception of GM New Body trucks, which it does not sound like you have. They are secured in the stake bed pocket by tightening the included screws and expanding the blocks on the underside of the rail of your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado truck.
To determine if your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado is the old or the new body style all you have to do is look at the back of the truck. If it is the old body style (Classic) then it will have amber turn signal lenses at the rear tail lights. New body style models will not have amber lenses and will also have a large logo in the center of the tailgate.
I have included a picture showing old and new body styles side by side.
I have included a link to a video that shows these tie-downs being installed you can check out.
