Can a Fifth Wheel Hitch Be Installed on 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 6 Ft Bed w/ CNG Tank
Question:
i have a 2015 chev 2500 crew cab pickup with factory CNG this is a 6 -1/2 foot bed so the CNG tank is mounted in the bed. This tank and cover is mounted about 3inch ahead of the the fender well?

I have attached a snapshot of the installation instructions for the Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, # C16411-204, that you referenced, for your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 6 ft bed. As you will see in the snapshot, the furthest edge of the base rail will sit 53-1/4 inches from the rear edge of the truck box. As long as the CNG tank sits further away than 53-1/4 inches, you would have room in the bed to mount the rails, as well as a fifth wheel hitch like the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with R16 Roller, # 16516.
