Yes, the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series roof rack with the aero crossbars, # RRVA137B-2, Leg kit, # RRRLKVA, and the Custom DK Clamps and Pads, # DK284, will fit on your 2015 Honda CR-V with no roof rails.
If you are planning on carrying any roof rack accessories such as a cargo box, bike rack or kayak carrier, you will want to keep in mind that this roof rack will have a crossbar spread of 29-1/2 inches if it is installed per the instructions on your vehicle.
