Are LED Trailer Lights Needed For Less Power Draw on Fiat 500 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118546
Question:
Good morning. I am interested in buying the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring for the 0 500 by Fiat. Can I use a standard light kit or do I need to purchase a LED light kit. If Im reading the description correctly, a standard is ok because of the convertor and/or the direct hot wire to the battery. Please advise. Thank you!!

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118546, that you mentioned, is designed for the 2012 - 2015 Fiat 500. The T-One connector plugs directly into your existing wiring and the powered ModuLite reduces strain on wiring system. With a ModuLite, power is drawn directly from the car's battery so there is virtually no draw on your taillight circuits so a standard lighting set-up would be just fine. LED lights would not be required.
