Why Can't Folding Bike Racks be Used with the RV Bumper # S64025
Question:
Why do you say to use a non folding bike rack? What if I have a folding rack however do not need to fold it down. Can I still use it?

In order for a bike rack to be rated for the rougher ride associated with the back of an RV (like what the # S64025 would install on), it has to be reinforced appropriately and folding mechanisms are known for being a weak point on bike racks. So the reason for that requirement of the hitch is because of how the hitch will normally be used.
If you have a folding bike rack currently most likely it is not rated for use behind an RV. Because of that I would recommend you go with one like what is at the attached link.
