Actually, we have an FAQ article that specifically addresses this. You can see the article by clicking the provided link.
You'll need to choose a hub/drum that uses the same inner and outer bearing as your existing idler hub, and the hub/drum would need to have the same bolt pattern as you existing hub so you can use the same wheels and the hub you choose would need to be compatible with your existing wheel diameter. Your axle will need to have the brake mounting flange to provide an attachment point for the brake assembly, and you'll need to choose a brake assembly whose diameter and width are compatible with the interior diameter and depth of your hub/drums.
For instance, the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is compatible with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and a L68149 inner wheel bearing and an L44649 outer bearing. This hub/drum is compatible with the Nev-R-Adjust # AKEBRK-35L-SA and # AKEBRK-35R-SA. You'd also need 4 nuts, part # 6-17 and lock washers # 5-8 to attach each assembly.
If you can reply with the reference numbers from your inner and outer wheel bearings and the bolt pattern of your existing hubs, I'd be happy to make some specific recommendations.
Once the brake assemblies and hub drums are installed, you'll need to wire the trailer. Cut off the existing 4 pole, and install a molded connector like part # H20046 (be sure to follow the color codes shown on the product description page). A junction box like part # 38656 makes a great place to wire the trailer lighting and brake circuits together. For the brake output circuit, you'll need a length of # 10-1-1 to connect the blue wire from the trailer connector to the trailer brakes. Each brake magnet has two leads, one grounds to the trailer frame, the other connects to the brake output circuit.
I've linked you to an install video showing the trailer connector and junction box being installed.
