All of the hitches you referenced with the exception of part # 13028 have been confirmed to fit your 1992 Chevy Pickup.
The rest, part # 41524, # 75033 , and # 75099 have all been confirmed as a fit.
The main difference between Draw-Tite trailer hitches # 75033 and # 75099 is the placement of the receiver tube on the cross member. On 75033 the receiver is attached to the rear part of the cross member. On 75099 it is welded below the cross member so that the cross member will not be visible. I have included a picture showing the hitches next to each other for a better visual. Either hitch will fit and they have the same specs. It is just a matter of how you want it to look.
