How wide is the ball platform on the Curt c45456 ball mount?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Curt forged ball mount # C45456 to measure it for you. The width at the platform is 3-1/16 inches wide. And in case you were curious, the platform is 1 inch thick.

I was able to get a dimension sheet from my contact at Curt for the Curt Hitch part #C15800 that you referenced. See attached pic. I also attached a set of the installation instructions for this hitch.
