The replacement hardware I think you are looking for is part # Y8860078. This replacement mounting bracket kit includes one universal mounting bracket for the Yakima FatCat 4 or FatCat 6 ski and snowboard carrier. The cam you asked about is included with this kit.

The hardware kit part # Y8860081 you asked about does not include the cam nut and lever you mentioned. It is designed to replace the snap-around mounting bracket for round or square crossbars. There is no cam nut included with this hardware kit.

If you are looking for just the knob and cam nut, the part number you need is # Y8860080.

For your older FatCat 4 we do not have any adapters that will work with it. I checked with Yakima and the adapter you mentioned #8860085 fits the version of the FatCat that was made between 2012 to 2017 not yours that was made in 2007.
