Today we're going to be taking a look at some replacement parts for your Yakima FatCat 4, or your FatCat 6. So, if you're like me and you lose things all the time, or just things tend to just break on you for whatever reason, well, if you have the FatCat, we have some replacement parts. And the ones we're looking at today are going to be the round bar adapters. So, the ones that came with your kit, these are going to be the same exact things. Basically it's just going to be the same thing that comes out of the box. It's just going to convert it so it'll work with your square bars or your round bars.
We're going to get the top section here, and we're also going to get the lower section as well. We're not going to get the knob or the washers, that is a separate part. But if you're wanting to know if this is going to work for you, yes. If you have a FatCat it's going to work 'cause it's literally the same exact part that comes in the box when you grab it before. So, whether it breaks or you lost it, we have the replacements here.
And we also have some other replacements on our website as well. That's basically it. There isn't really a whole lot to the replacement parts, I just wanted to show you that it is exactly what comes in your kit. So, if you lost it or it broke, we got you covered here at etrailer. - Availability of Replacement Mounting Hardware for Yakima FatcatIf you have a Fatcat Ski Carrier the brackets you actually want are the part # Y8860081 which are designed to fit the standard Yakima and Thule crossbar dimensions. Which is right at 1-1/8 inch. Neither bracket would fit a Thule Pull Top.

Presumably those are already on the FatCat ski carrier Y03087 or Y03088 which is what the knobs and cam nuts fit. If you have an older model FatCat it would not use the knobs and cam nuts. If you have one of the above mentioned models and are also missing the knobs/cam nuts then you would need to add # Y8860080 as well.
