Will this fit my 2015 RAM 3500 Longhorn? and if so, do I retain my toe hooks? Thank you.

Yes, the Curt Front Hitch part # C31067 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2015 Ram 3500. I checked the installation instructions and there is no mention of having to remove the tow hooks so you will be able to retain those as well.

I checked with Curt and they do show the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part #C13233 as a fit for a 2022 Volvo XC90 All Models which includes the Recharge.

The AL-KO trailer hub part number 8700 that you have is a 3,500 lb trailer hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Based on that the #AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is the correct fit and would work great.
