Adding a 7-Way Trailer Connector to a 2010 Ford F-150 with Factory 4-Way
Question:
I have a 2010 F150 with only a 4-pole connector. I need to add a 7-pole connector as well. I am having trouble finding exactly what I need. Is there a version of this part that wil work for my truck? Thank you.

To add a 7-Way trailer connector to your 2010 Ford F-150 with a factory 4-Way you will need # 37185. This is a partial hardwire installation but on your truck it will be easy. I have linked a video that should help. Go to about the 10 minute, 50 second mark and forward to see the process of accessing the additional wires to make the 7-Way fully functional.
