Yes, the front-mount trailer hitch receiver you referenced, Draw-Tite # 65052, is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. We do in fact offer another comparably-rated front hitch for your truck, the Curt # 31322. Both hitches install using included hardware, both will require a bit of trimming of the front fascia, and neither one requires any drilling.

With snow plows customers also often choose tire chains for better traction and steering in snowy conditions.
