Delivered quickly and securely, really clear directions, all parts/pieces included, perfect fit. Easy to install - just ratcheted down bolts on one side, then worked the other. Torqued everything to specs once finished. Looks great. Excited to use!

It’s a very sturdy, low-profile trailer hitch. Good price and exactly as advertised. Easy DIY kit.
Dealer quoted me $1500 to install a hitch receiver. This model was made to fit my car, which was predrilled. I used my car jack to hold up the receiver and once I got it lined up, I was able to finger screw in bolts on both sides. I rented a torch wrench and was done in less than an hour. It worked out great.
Worked well, bolted right up. My car had 10 years of use when I mounted it but eTrailer tech support gave me a few ideas on how to remove some of the crud on the frame.
Fast easy service, good looking piece of gear, easy to install with good hardware and instructions.
One end of hitch broke through the box, but was not harmed. Installation completed by myself with jack stands. Fit was perfect - no issues. Seems very robust. Good hardware. Have not tried the wiring harness yet, but don't expect any issues.
Easy to install and the mounting holes all lined up perfectly. Biggest issue was getting my big head under there. I jacked the rear up on stationary jacks and used a small car jack to hold up the hitch while I installed the bolts. Install was completed in under 30 minutes.
I live in an oceanfront home and this hitch is still rust-free too!
