Great product, better customer service. Ordered the product online and there was some delays in receiving it, I reached out and quickly got a response explaining the issue with the USPS. Once received I had some questions about the product and again my concerns were addressed and answered right away.

GREAT PRODUCT BUT INSTRUCTION MANUAL NOT EXACTLY CORRECT. MODE INDICATOR LIGHT AND SWITCH NOT IN THE ILLUSTRATED LOCATION.

I just upgraded to a LiFePO battery. It seems to be working properly. It fit in the space of the old converter. Not enough time to assess long term reliability.

Converter works awesome . Way better than the WFCO Auto Detect that was stock in the trailer . Rochelle was great to speak with and I want to thank her for the well wishes in our travels . She took the time to send us a Post card. etrailer has some of the best customer service out there.
