Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant.i bought them as xmas gift for my son.He owns a 2020 Ram Lone Star.My choice was simple as e-trailer and curt trailer hitches are both quality companies.The instruction video was a plus.
Product installed with ease, issue was hitch arrived 14 days after ordering, and did not include instructions. Curt website was helpful on proper torque requirements.

The part fits perfectly. Very easy to install. The only set back , is having a torque wrench to torque the 1/2 inch bolt to 320 ft pounds at home . But, I do have one I can use at work. Problem solved .

This product solved a problem of attaching a bike carrier to the back of my 2021 RAM 1500 pickup truck. The truck did not come with a hitch receiver which was necessary to attach my bike rack to the truck. Quick and Simple installation.
I am very pleased with my hitch/receiver I ordered for my 2021 Ram Bighorn.Went on with a perfect fit.I will definitely order from etrailer again.
I was really disappointed when my towing package on my truck was not complete and this was the exact part I needed. Came very quickly and installed easily.
It fit like a glove on my 2020 Ram Bighorn. The only problem is that I did not have a torque wrench available that would torque at the recommended setting of over XXX pounds for the two 3/4" bolts. But I used an impact wrench and I'm sure they will not loosen up. Great product and I do recommend it.

Good product installation simple. For those with a sport bumper with no plug and hole. Remove the rear bumper and everything else is the same. The reinstall. Approximately 45 minute job

Dealing with Josh was great. My truck is a 2023 and when questioned proper fit he contacted the manufacture (Curt) to make sure it would work. The trailer hitch fits perfect and is of high quality.
Product is as advertised. Careful with the large center bolt that goes through the bumper, it specs 320 ftlbs of torque. Very hard to torque to that spec without rounding out the Allen head. I will have to cut it off if it has to come off.

Well built product. Easy to install. E trailer had this item for a good price. Will need a 1/2 hex wrench/socket to intall bolt. Recommend a thread lock as well.
