What is the Difference in the Two Curt Hitches Available for my 2017 Ram 1500

Question:

What would be the best trailer hitch option for a 2017 Dodge Ram. I was considering the Curt model #13419 or would the #13333 work better. Thanks!

For your 2017 Ram 1500 I really like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13419 for the overall look quality. It adds less to the rear of your truck maintaining the factory appearance.

Outside of that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13333 does have its place. This hitch will allow you to use weight distribution. While both hitches allow You 600 lbs. tongue weight and 6000 lb. gross trailer weight those numbers go up to 1000lbs and 10000 lbs. when using weight distribution. That means this is a more versatile hitch.
