  • Parts Needed to Install a Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch in a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado
If your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado is a 1500 or 2500 series pickup, short or long bed then you will need to use the Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Installation Rail Kit, # 4454, to install the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # 6300, in the bed of your truck. If your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado is a 3500 series pickup, long bed, then you will need the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with installation kit, # 6300-4445. The kits mentioned above will work on both 2 and 4 wheel drive models....

  • Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for a 1993 Ford F-250
There are gooseneck hitches available for your 1993 Ford F-250. However, the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Hitch part # 6300 is not confirmed to fit your vehicle so I cannot recommend it for you. For a similar hitch that is confirmed to fit your vehicle check out the Curt Quick Goose 3 Hitch part # C630-636. As long as you have access to basic tools and have decent mechanical skills I think this kit would be fairly easy to install. I attached a set of the installation instructions for this hitch...

  • Replacement Gooseneck Hitch Ball Recommendation for a Reese Hitch
If you have a Reese Remov-a-ball hitch part # 6300 then the Remov-a-Ball Gooseneck Hitch Ball with 2-5/16 inch Diameter # 5973 that you referenced would be the correct ball for you. If you have a Hide-a-Goose gooseneck like part # 9460 then you would want the Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Hitch Ball # 19309.

  • Draw Tite Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2008 Ford F-150
The bed of your truck is not strong enough to carry the weight of your gooseneck hitch with just the Remov a ball part # 6300 installed by itself. The bed would get damaged. You need the frame bracing to go along with this with part # 6300-4437 instead. This comes with brackets that attach it directly to the frame of the truck making it strong enough for towing.

  • Will Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Install Kit from 1996 Chevy 2500 Fit a 2000 Chevy 2500
Actually it depends on one key factor. The issue is that 2000 was a split model year for Chevy trucks. There were both C/K series and Silverados. Where people get confused is when they have a C/K series with the Silverado trim because up until the 2000 model year Silverado was just a trim package. So if you have a C/K series with the Silverado trim then the installation kit, # 4440, for the 1996 C/K 2500 will also fit the 2000 C/K. But if you have an actual Silverado and not a C/K then...

  • Leveling the Front of a 5th Wheel Trailer that Uses A Goose Box Adapter and Remov-a-Ball Hitch
For the Remov-a-Ball gooseneck trailer hitches there is only the one ball height available. But I may have another solution for you. Depending on where the Goose Box is mounted on the trailer's frame wings you might be able to install it in the next set of holes down. This will lower the Goose Box which will raise the front of the trailer.

  • Can 3 Inch Gooseneck Hitch Ball be Installed on Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch
The only gooseneck hitch ball size that fits the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 6300 is the 2-5/16" Diameter Hitch Ball # 5973. If you don't already have a gooseneck hitch just let me know the year/make/model of your pickup and I can make a recommendation for a gooseneck hitch setup that is compatible with the larger 3" diameter hitch ball size.

  • Recommendation for Towing a Gooseneck and 5th Wheel Trailer w/ a 2001 Ford F-250
I do have a solution for you, however the Remov-A-Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 6300 referenced in your question is designed to install using a vehicle-specific gooseneck rail kit. It cannot be mounted to standard 5th wheel base rails. If you are just needing a gooseneck trailer hitch, the custom kit for your 2001 Ford F-250/350 is the Draw-Tite # 6300-4449, which will include both the gooseneck hitch and installation rails. If you are wanting both a 5th-Wheel hitch with rails and a...

  • Will The Curt 25K Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055 Fit my Existing 5th Wheel Rails on a 2002 GMC
The Outside Measurement of the attachment tabs is 22-13/32 inches on the Curt 25K Gooseneck Plate for Fifth Wheel Rails, item # 16055. The inside measurement of the mounting tabs is 21-15/32 inches. So yes this will fit your fifth wheel rails with 22 inches on center measurement.

  • Hitch Ball Recommendation that Fits B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch
If you are looking for a hitch ball to fit the B and W Turnoverball hitch you have in the bed of your truck we do have solutions for that, but there isn't a way to attach a Draw Tite remov-a-ball plate like the # 6300 to a B and W hitch. Instead you'd need the part # BWGNXA2000 which fits the hitch you have. We also have a version of this ball that has an offset for more turning clearance with part # BWGNXA4085.

  • Best Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-150
The B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch part # BW77FR is the best option for your 2018 Ford F-150 as it gives you the most hidden gooseneck hitch setup, it has more capacity than you'll ever need at 30,000 lbs, and it's made in the USA by a company with a reputation for making the best towing components. This would be all you'd need to get on the road. I attached an review video for more info on this as well.
