Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement glass for your K-Source towing mirrors. This piece is going to replace the passenger side mirror on your K-Source snap and zap custom towing mirrors for your 2019 and newer Ram 1500. This piece is the exact same as the original, so if your original has become damaged and you're needing to replace it, this is the piece that you're going to need. Just like the original that came with your mirrors from the factory.
It's got reflective chrome on the front, so it's going to give you a nice clear image, and it is a flat lens, so it's going to give you a true representation of the object size behind you.The backing plate on the back is going to attach to that mounting point on your towing mirrors. Little screw and nut there to tighten that down so that it will hold in place, but it will still allow you that manual adjustment so that you can view the angle that you need.This does have the same overall dimensions as the original, so we're looking at right about six inches total height, and then our width, we're looking at right about just shy of four inches, it looks like. If I hold it up straight that might help. Be about three and three quarters of an inch total width, so it is the exact same, the exact replacement from K-Source, so if you do need a replacement for that passenger side, this is the piece that you're going to need.It is just going to come with the one mirror for the passenger side. It does not come with one for the driver's side.
That can be purchased separately. This does come with a 90 day warranty from K-Source, so if for whatever reason this one we're to get damaged too, they can help you out with that. But overall, I think this is going to be a great option for you to allow you to get those towing mirrors up and running again so that you can safely see your trailer as you're towing, make sure that you're changing lanes safely and all those good things that the towing mirrors allow you to do.
