If your truck has the 4 holes/pucks in the bed then you have the factory 5th wheel prep package in your 2017 Ford F-350 and would not need to install a rail kit. It would actually be easier to back a trailer up with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide Fifth Wheel hitch # DM8550037 than a standard sliding fifth wheel hitch because you wouldn't have to get out and operate the slider when you came to a tight turn. There are a few different diagrams for the Titan BrakeRite EHB Electric-Hydraulic Actuator depending on which model you have. There's two things to check. Go to the fuse box under the hood, and take a look at fuse location # 22. If the fuse is missing, look at the slot where the fuse installs. If there are metal pins in there that make contact with the fuse when it's installed, all you'll need to do is install a 30A fuse, and the harness feeding the brake controller will be powered up and you'll be good to go.

Since your 2019 F-350 is a long bed you'll be best off starting with the pivot arms of your B&W Hitch # BWRVK3300 installed in the positions that place the hitch head furthest forward, closest to the cab. To do this install the pivot arms with their straight side facing the cab as shown in the linked diagram.
