What Size is the Locking Pin on the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel-Gooseneck Pin Box
Question:
Hello, on the Gen-Y 5 to Goose converter Item # 325-GH-8045, what is the diameter of the lock pin that is used to connect the coupler around the ball? Im wondering if I can get a locking pin to go through that to keep the trailer from being lifted off the truck if it sits at a worksite for a couple of days.

The diameter of the lock pin on the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel-Gooseneck Pin Box part # 325-GH-8045 is 1/2" but it will also need to be more than 3-1/4" long, I recommend the Tow Ready Pin part # TR63254. There is actually a lock designed for this coupler when not in use as well, the Gen-Y Manual Latch Gooseneck Coupler Lock part # GY89FR.
