Hi- Im looking to install Vehicle-Suspension/Air-Lift/AL86KV on my 2020 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW 4x4. By doing this will I have to remove the factory installed overload spring bump stop? Thank you for your help.

I checked with Demco and the height settings of the Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch #DM37VR that you referenced are 16 to 19 inches separated by one inch increments.

A slider hitch isn't needed with an 8 foot bed truck, but it doesn't hurt anything to use one though. Only downside is that it's going to weigh more than a stationary hitch really.
