SeaSucker does offer the Komodo part # 298-BK1910-BK which is a fit for your 2016 Volkswagen Jetta but the Falcon is only for truck bed. The SeaSucker is an amazing rack but, I realize that's quite a large price difference so you might instead like the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. The OutWay which is an extremely high quality bike rack that fits your vehicle and costs less than the SeaSucker.

I also checked the availability of hitch receivers for the Nissan Leaf for model years 2011 through 2014. There are no hitches offered by any of our manufacturers for this electric vehicle for any model year.

According to Curt, their # C11354 class I trailer hitch is indeed a fit for the 2013 VW Beetle Convertible Turbo Diesel.
If you'll be using the hitch as a mounting point for a bike rack or cargo carrying tray, Curt's warranty stipulates that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 needs to be used for all non-trailer loads.
If you'll be using the hitch for light-duty towing, you'll also need the following:
Trailer wiring harness, part # C56380
Ball mount, part # C45521
1-7/8 inch trailer... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch, part # 24679, is the hitch that fits the 2002 Volkswagen New Beetle. It uses the Draw-Tite Ball Mount, part # 3594, that has a 4 inch rise. This ball mount comes with a pin and clip.
On Class I hitches you have to use the ball mount that is recommended for that particular hitch.
The # 3594 ball mount uses a hitch ball with a 3/4 shank diameter. Depending on the coupler size on your trailer you will need either the Tow Ready 1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball,... view full answer...
If you are towing a trailer that has the Prodigy RF brake controller part # TK94FR installed on it you can use either it as the brake controller or the factory controller of your 2016 Ram 1500.
To use the Ram controller you'd just have to unplug the trailer's 7-way from the RF and then plug that directly to the truck. Otherwise if you leave the 7-way of the trailer plugged into the RF you'd have to use it. view full answer...

For a hitch for the 2017 Volkswagen Jetta I checked directly with Draw-Tite and Curt, our two primary hitch suppliers, to see if they have recently confirmed hitch applications for your Jetta.

We do offer light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class I trailer hitches for the 2015 VW Beetle convertible. These are able to handle the load of a 2-bike hitch-mount bike rack or a small cargo carrier. All of the options are shown on the linked page; all are no-drill bolt-on installation and all include the necessary hardware.
I recommend the Curt # C11354. Two helpful hitch installation articles are linked for you.
It may be that VW does not approve the Beetle for towing, which is certainly a possibility... view full answer...

All hitches offered for the 2013 Volkswagen Passat are light-duty Class I types with a 1-1/4-inch receiver opening. A Class I hitch can be used with a 2-bike carrier or for light towing provided that your particular Passat is rated by the manufacturer for towing a trailer. I was not able to verify a tow rating for the 2013 Passat Sedan so I suggest you refer to your owner's manual or your local dealership to confirm the vehicle's capabilities before attempting to tow.

We do not carry a trailer hitch mounted spare tire carrier for a 1-1/4 inch receiver, but, you could use a 2 inch, like # C31006, with a reducer like # 80303. I have included a video review of this adapter below. Please note that when using an adapter, the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch is reduced by 50 percent. If you are just using the spare tire carrier and a tire/wheel on it, you should not have to worry about that reduction. view full answer...
The size and class of trailer hitch offered for your 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI Sedan is a 1-1/4-inch Class I type, which is a light-duty hitch that can carry up to 2 bikes, but not more than 2. The current models available are shown on the link provided. No 2-inch hitches are made for your Passat because the vehicle frame does not have the capacity to handle more of a load than what is presented by a Class I hitch.
However, you can still enjoy the quality and features of a Kuat Beta bike... view full answer...

We do have the parts available to convert your 12x2 hydraulic brakes to electric brakes, but they are not available in a pre-made kit.
There are few things you will need to determine to choose the correct electric brake assembly to fit your trailer. First, you will need to know the weight capacity of the axle, the bolt pattern of the brake mounting flange, and size of the brake assembly you are replacing.
In addition to the electric brake assemblies, you will need to install and run wiring... view full answer...
The Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 does pass the 12 volt power circuit through it to the rest of the trailer wiring. It does use this circuit for powering the trailer brakes though so if you are wanting to put a decent charge on your trailer brakes it would take away from that to a certain extent.
A better option would be a traditional brake controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR that way the charge circuit would not be affected. view full answer...
