A High-Low adapter like the one you looked at is only intended for flat towing, not towing a trailer. Regardless, I would not use a separate adapter with the Lock N Roll. Use of your typical adapter will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50%. It also isn't the best idea to add in an additional part with the design of the system.

I do have a recommendation for you that will eliminate the need for any extensions and adapters. I would recommend welding on the 2" Receiver # E17 to the bottom of the trailers A-Frame. Our manufacturers don't offer the pivot bolts separately at this time, but you could easily pick one up at a local hardware store or a competing online retailer if they offer one. You just need a grade 8 bolt and lock nut that is long enough to go through the pivot hinge. The general rule is to use a bolt that is as long as the height of the frame plus 1.5 inch.
