I spoke with Curt in regards to your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56215 on your 2015 Honda Crosstour, and they mentioned that usually when this happens this is caused by there not being any power on the 12V feed to the converter.
They recommend that you are getting power to both sides of the fuse on the harness with a circuit tester # PTW2993 or a multimeter # PT89ZR.

To keep the bikes from making contact with each other as well as the back of the vehicle I recommend only looking at platform style bike racks such as # MPG2149 and the Swagman XC # S64650. With the hanging style racks you referenced the bikes will likely make contact with each other though it is unlikely they would make contact with the vehicle.

That is correct. On a Class I hitch it isn't the weight that is the issue. It is how far that weight is from the hitch receiver. A third and subsequent bikes will be too far from the receiver which will put a lot of extra stress on the hitch and where it attaches to the vehicle. If you have ever used a long wrench or breaker bar to loosen a lug nut it is the same concept: if the lever is long enough it takes very little force to loosen that nut. As long as the gross trailer weight is under the 1,500 pound capacity and the tongue weight is under the 150 pound capacity of the 2015 Honda Crosstour then you will be good to go as far as occasionally towing the trailer.

The lock core on your Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack # Y96FR won't have the key number visible (as it's on the side of the lock cylinder) but if you look at the keys that you received with the rack you should see a number on them.
