  • I spoke with Curt in regards to your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56215 on your 2015 Honda Crosstour, and they mentioned that usually when this happens this is caused by there not being any power on the 12V feed to the converter. They recommend that you are getting power to both sides of the fuse on the harness with a circuit tester # PTW2993 or a multimeter # PT89ZR.
