Troubleshooting 4-Pole Wiring Harness for 2014 Honda Crosstour

I’m not getting power through my connector not even at the fuse however I am getting power at the car connector for the harness and using a 56215 wiring harness It’s the wiring harness the correct one for my car and is there something that I am missing that I should be doing to be able to test the wiring harness wants his connected

Curt 4-pole wiring harness # C56215 is the correct part for the 2014 Honda Crosstour.
If the VEHICLE'S connector where the Curt's white plug connects has power, but that power is not reaching the fuse holder in the harness' wiring, then chances are that there is a bent contact in one of those connectors that is preventing 12V power from reaching the fuse and converter box. If the needed 15-amp fuse that goes in the engine compartment were not installed correctly that would not allow power to reach the vehicle connector so this is why I suspect a pin inside one of the two mating connectors.
Inspect both the vehicle and harness connectors for signs of a pin that could be broken, bent or corroded. Any of these issues could prevent the necessary 12V operating power from reaching the harness.
