Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this RC Manufacturing glossy black Z-Series truck or trailer underbody toolbox. Now this toolbox is designed to mount to the underbody of your truck or your trailer to provide secure storage. Application is for flatbed trucks, dump trucks or trailers. If you notice on the front here, it has this nice continuous stainless steel piano hinge for durability.

Right up here, it has this nice locking flush-mounted T-handle anchor latch, keeps your equipment safe and secure. When you go to open, it does come with two keys. Basically, right now it's in the locked position so the handle won't open, but it is all nice and flush. You can put your key in there, turn it 90 degrees, and that'll allow you to open it. You can even take the key out if you want.

The handle will lift out and then you either turn it either direction to unlatch it.If we turn it this way and pull on it, it'll unlatch the door and you can see the door falls down. It is a very heavy door for security. The drop-down door provides nice, easy access to the full cargo space. You can see on each end it has the retainer chains to keep the door from opening more than 90 degrees. Also right along here, they have a nice weatherproof neoprene seal, and then they use seamless corners to protect your gear from the elements.

It is a heavy duty steel construction with a nice rust-resistant glossy black powder coat finish to it. Again, you can see on the handle here, it'll turn either direction to open it.Then again, when you go to close it, just push it up, turn it till it's pointing down, push that down, take your key, turn it until it's horizontal and then it's locked, all ready to go. It is very quick and easy installation. Now the hardware is not included. This part is made in the USA.

Few specs on this: The interior is nine cubic feet capacity. The weight on this box is about 69 pounds. Last thing is some dimensions on this. The overall length is right at 48 inches long, 18 inches deep, and the overall height is also right at 18 inches tall.
